We operate 3 family owned independent Furniture and Bedding stores in the Bay Area. We heard about EZ Process Pro from an Ashley rep during the Las Vegas Market and at the time was looking to upgrade our software. We opted to spring for the training with the Jill and Alan as it did help move the process along much faster. Very configurable. You can set difference cost for each manufacturer, same with sales commissions and bonus structures. You can create drop down menus for fabrics and options for your custom manufactures. There is a solid inventory tracking system. Each item has pictures and groups assigned for easier sales. Jill and Alan can be reached most days when they're not hitting the slopes. They answer questions and give helpful tips since they have been doing furniture for many years before switching to software. Tech support is awesome as well. Overall we're satisfied. We've been with EZ Process for 2 years now and will continue for the foreseeable future.

The system is out of scope PCI compliance which makes security and surveys a cinch. I would give 10 stars if I could, and cannot imagine running my business with anything else.
