Here's how it works

A franchisor purchases the distribution version of the Ez Process Pro software system. The franchisor will then set up all their settings including commission / spiff structures, payroll criteria, product pricing structures, and receipt layout. From this information EZ Process Pro creates a retail system and populates it using the standards set in the distribution version. A universal module is then put into place allowing the franchisor to manage all the retail systems along with their own distribution system from one central access point. From the universal product listings, prices, and other pertinent settings can be maintained for all systems at one time. Also, through the universal module a franchisor is granted full access to pertinent sales and accounting reports allowing them to analyze and manage the productivity of each retail system.

Every time a new franchise is opened EZ Process Pro creates a carbon copy of the original retail system, therefore allowing the retailer to begin using their new system which has already been set up for them the day they open their doors for business. Being a web-based application also means that the retailers do not have to purchase or setup expensive servers, networks, or backup systems. EZ Process Pro takes care of everything for them. Full Automation: If you are acting as a supplier to your franchisee then we can automate their purchasing from your company (the distribution version). This makes it so that when the franchisee makes a sale it not only checks their available inventory but also yours as their supplier. They can then choose to grab from what they have or automatically create a purchase order for the item which in real-time will create a sale in the Franchisor (your company’s distribution system). When you ship them the product, they will automatically be invoiced the correct amount on receiving.

Partial Automation: If you are not the supplier to the franchises.
