Terms and Conditions for the Use of EZ Process Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EZ Process Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the system.

2. Description of Service

GTB Interests, Inc. provides a Point of Sale system for furniture retailers, including occasional text messages to clients for support updates.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use EZ Process Pro in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of any communications sent through the system.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of EZ Process Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at our privacy policy page.

5. Text Messages

EZ Process Pro operates two kinds of text messaging, and they are separate.

Service and support messages. If you are a customer, we may send occasional text messages about your account, your transactions, or support matters, using the contact information you gave us.

Marketing messages. Separately, we operate a marketing text message program. You are enrolled only if you entered your mobile number on one of our forms and checked the marketing text message consent box, which is never prechecked and never required. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing or using any EZ Process Pro product or service.

Marketing messages may include product news, new feature releases, webinar and event invitations, demo and appointment reminders, customer stories, retail operations tips, and promotional offers.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 marketing messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to messages you send or receive.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop all further marketing text messages, or reply HELP for help. You can also email support@ezprocesspro.com or call 713-568-1331.

Carriers. Supported carriers include the major United States wireless carriers and the list may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and text message consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. User Account and Security

If the system requires user registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

GTB Interests, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of EZ Process Pro.

8. Termination

GTB Interests, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to EZ Process Pro at any time without notice for any reason.

9. Changes to Terms

GTB Interests, Inc. reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of EZ Process Pro constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
