Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are excluded from all sharing described in this section, other than transmission by the messaging and telecommunications providers required to deliver messages you have requested. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See section 5.

5. Text Messages and SMS Consent

How we obtain consent. We send marketing text messages only to people who have given express written consent by entering their mobile number on an EZ Process Pro form and checking the marketing text message consent box. That box is never prechecked and is never required. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

What we send. Marketing messages may include product news, new feature releases, webinar and event invitations, demo and appointment reminders, customer stories, retail operations tips, and promotional offers. Separately, if you are an existing customer we may send occasional service and support messages about your account or transactions.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 marketing messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to messages you send or receive. Contact your carrier for the details of your plan.

How to stop messages. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to be unsubscribed, or reply HELP for help. You can also email support@ezprocesspro.com or call 713-568-1331. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent. Mobile numbers and text message consent collected by EZ Process Pro are not sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who receive your mobile number are the messaging platform and telecommunications providers strictly necessary to transmit the messages you asked for, and they are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. This restriction applies even where the rest of this Privacy Policy would otherwise permit sharing.

Records. We keep a record of the date, time, and web page on which you gave consent, so that we can evidence it on request.

6. Your Choices

• You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in the emails.
• You can review and update your personal information by contacting us at support@ezprocesspro.com.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
