SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the EZ Process Pro marketing text message program operated by GTB Interests, Inc. ("EZ Process Pro", "we", "us"). By providing your mobile number and checking the marketing text message consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

EZ Process Pro provides retail management and point of sale software for furniture and mattress retailers. Our marketing text message program sends promotional and informational messages about that software to people who have asked to receive them.

2. What we will send you

If you consent, you may receive text messages that include:

• News about EZ Process Pro products and new feature releases
• Invitations to webinars, in person events, and trade show meetings
• Reminders and confirmations for demos, discovery calls, and growth sessions
• Customer stories, benchmarks, and retail operations tips
• Promotional offers, pricing announcements, and limited time discounts
• Notices about guides, ebooks, and other resources we publish

We do not send messages containing loan or credit offers, cannabis, firearms, tobacco, gambling, or any age restricted content.

3. Consent

Enrolment is voluntary. You are enrolled only after you enter your mobile number and check the unchecked marketing text message consent box on an EZ Process Pro form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us, and declining will not affect your ability to buy, use, or get support for our software. Only the person who owns or is authorised to use the mobile number may enrol it.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 marketing messages per month.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to messages you send or receive, including standard message, data, and international rates. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further marketing text messages to that number. To rejoin later, reply START or submit a form again with the consent box checked. You can also email support@ezprocesspro.com or call 713-568-1331 to be removed.

8. Carriers

Supported carriers include the major United States wireless carriers, and the list of participating carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

9. Devices

Our messages are intended for mobile devices capable of receiving SMS and MMS. We cannot guarantee that messages will display correctly on every device or that every device is supported.

10. Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page with the last updated date above. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
