It allows your sales staff to sell more furniture out of your warehouse stock, instead of special ordering a set every time they make a sale.


Also included in the system's point of sale is a “Full Catalog” which mimics the paper catalog they are used to using; a “Quick Sale” which allows them to quickly find any item or group they want to sell; and a “Barcode Point of Sale” for those who prefer to scan and go.All of the options are permission controlled to allow you to choose what is best for your company. EZ Process Pro will also protect against the accidental sale of discontinued merchandise. This feature alone will pay for the purchase of EZProcessPro™.


Using the picture- based point of sale,your sales team can either thumb thru the catalog or search for a specific group. To narrow their results and get the customer exactly what they are looking for the catalog can be search by a category name such as "Bedroom - Wood" ; by a specific Manufacturer Name (which will display all sets produced by a particular manufacturer); or by Item which will display all of the sets with that item. The sales person and the customer can scroll through all of the pictures until something catches their eye. One click on the small picture and the picture enlarges to fill up the entire computer screen. The salesperson clicks on "order this," and a page is displayed with a list of all the pieces that come with the set. Now all that is left is to choose how many of each item they want. If the product has custom options such as finish and fabric those can be selected at this point as well. A click later the items are in your cart and ready for check out.“Quick Sale” is a non-picture based point of sale that can be used if the client knows exactly what they want.


When the customer is done shopping, they click the "Check Out" button and will be asked to input the customer and payment information. In the System Setup process, tax rates are recorded for your location(s), and the system automatically calculates tax on all required transactions.With the permission to do so, your staff can pull a credit reports, process financing and arrange for delivery during the check out.EZ Process Pro also connects to your credit card processor to eliminate payment entry mistakes and allow for an all in 1 solution. A sale can even be split between numerous employees for commission purposes.


Once the sale is saved, all other transactions and calculations are automated. The information will automatically be input into the proper areas for layaway, finance, delivery, purchasing, commission etc. Multiple different copies of the sales receipt are printed on plain white paper or can be emailed to the client. Each copy is customizable and can show or not show different types of data.The signature pad integration even allows you to capture and save your customers signature related to the sale, directly on your system for easy future access.


If you are a cash and carry store “Quick Cash Register” is another point of sale available. It was designed to work similar to those found in a grocery store. When items are sold they are instantly removed from inventory. No delivery memo or customer information is required

EZ Process Pro is built to allow a credit app to be entered along with the sales process. It tracks the finance company being used for each sale, the status of the sale and then reports to you any deals that were delivered but you have yet to collect the money from the finance company. The fastest way to go out of business is to deliver goods and never get paid on them. EZ Process Pro helps to ensure this will not happen.

We are the only software provider in our market that offers both term and revolving in house finance options in the same system. The system generates the contract, calculates the interests, creates bills and even can be set to auto charge the customer’s payment to ensure you don’t have to waste time tracking down the customer and your money. Settings allow you to control terms, interests, special payment options and even early pay off criteria.

In most cases a sale cannot be delivered unless it is paid in full or funds are accounted for using 3rd party or In house financing. A permission controlled feature, COD allows you staff to order, receive and deliver goods for a customer that has not yet paid in full for the product. The delivery and pick up memo make it extremely clear when a customer still owes a payment. An auto charge can be set up to take that payment automatically from the customer’s checking account or credit card on the delivery date. Additional, reporting can also be used to easily track any delivery that is confirmed but still has a balance due.

Since the system knows your landed cost (including freight), it can be set to automatically price your items based on a markup or gross margin by location, manufacturer, category or all of the above.

The founders of EZ Process Pro have a strong furniture background. One of the hardest things to push your staff to do is charge those additional fees such as warranty, delivery fee and setup. To help with this EZ Process Pro follows a common method used in automotive sales, and allows you to set these are defaults. This means that staff members are required to make an effort to exclude the fees and even require a manager approval to do so.

Upon setup, you can create delivery parameters to limit what can be scheduled by day of the week, time, zip code, time period or any combination of them. When setting a delivery for a customer your staff can reference the currently scheduled calendar or simply check for availability. If a date or time slot if booked they can over ride it with a manager approval only. The results are a much smoother running delivery department and happier customers because your company is not making promises they cannot keep.

In the system settings, you can decide at what point of the sale you want the system to automatically reserve an item for a customer. The system will run thru the reserve or ordering process automatically to ensure that you have the item for the customer when promised. Considering many companies do layaways it is important not to tag or order an item for a customer that is nowhere near paying off. When a sale hits the specified point (such as when a certain % is paid in) it will automatically check inventory, and if it is available, it will reserve it for the customer. If it is not available the item is added to a list of items that need to be ordered. The system can even automatically place the order depending on the vendor. A unique feature to EZ Process Pro is that if an item is reserved for a customer, a person with the right permissions can re assign the item to someone else that needs it. However, the system will then ensure you don’t forget to get the customer you took from another one.

EZ Process Pro specializes in multi-location companies. Some of our clients have hundreds of locations across the USA. For this reason the system as the ability to reserve by location. If a location is on the east coast, you do not want it pulling inventory from a location on the west coast for a single client’s delivery. If your company has multiple distribution centers or you want to limit the inventory sharing in any way, reserve by location is your solution for an organized operations department.

Alleviate the stress involved with calculating commissions. We automate it. EZ process Pro custom builds your commission structure into the system. You set the point in the sale commissions should be paid, and the system does the rest for you. Payroll includes a column the total commissions per employee. Commission reports can also be viewed live any time between pay periods by both you and the person earning them. Best of all the system ensures that the proper amount has been paid. If a special term finance fee has been taken away from you, the system can figure that in to the calculation so that you do not over pay.
