Department Features

Detailed inventory reports are available thru out the system. Inventory can be looked up by Location, Manufacturer, Category, Items Number or any combination of the options. Each report breaks down the quantity in each location, as well as how many are reserved locked on order and damaged. You can then click on each number can go even deeper to help you understand the exact status of the item. For example, if there are 6 reserved, it will show you who they were reserved for, when they hit reserve, and when the estimated date of delivery it. If the items are on order, you will be able to see when they were ordered, shat purchase order they are related to and when eh goods are expected to arrive. Damaged items will show details such as what is wrong with the item and how it was received in to inventory. As is the case with every report in the EZ Process pro system you can see as little or as much detail as your want.

It is important to understand your sales cycles and ordering lead time to keep your warehouse running smoothly and reduce the overhead of items just sitting around in your warehouse getting damaged or stolen. A healthy operation is one that has a new shipment rolling in just as they are selling out of the old merchandise. Knowing how to collect and analyze all the information for accurate buying recommendations can be tedious without a software that can do it for you. This report combines the inventory report with the sales history report to show you how many you have in stock, reserved, locked available and on order as well as the sales or delivery history for the items over the past 30, 60, 90 days and 2 years back. Items can be added to a purchases order with a single click of a button, directly from this report. The Inventory Buying Report was designed for those people who prefer to analyze their data and make their own decisions about what they want to buy. Clients have also found it to be a valuable tool that they can access from their cell phone or tablet while sitting with their vendors at a market.. Reports can be generated to assist you in the decision making process of what items to purchase and how many to stock of each item.

The Aged Inventory Report helps you to know when to remove something from the showroom floor or website in order to make room for an item that may sell better. It also helps in deciding how to better allocate your inventory budget so that you throw away money on items you are not going to be able to profit from.

The item reports in the EZ Process Pro system go much further than a basic report of items that are selling. The report can be broken down by Location, manufacturer and or category. Once the report is on your screen, it will give you the ability to analyze the difference between the sold values and the delivered values to help differentiate any items that are often written of on sales but then may never reach the point of delivery. It even includes, the selling price, cost profit and gross margin of each item on the report so that you can make sure your top sellers are also those you are ,making the most profit on.

The damaged items report is a toll to show you details concerning items you have in any given location that are marked as damaged. The details include what is wrong with the item so that if possible it can be fixed and resold. If you would instead prefer to return ti to your vendor, request a credit or both, the Damaged Item Report also gives you a way to make those requests and track them to ensure they are handled in a timely manner. An extremely powerful analytical and theft prevention tool, the Inventory Movement report will put all the power where it should be, in your hands! This report will show every check in and out record of every item in the system for any given time period. It will tell you the date, time, value, method and user involved in the items movement. The report can be pulled as an overview, by location, by manufacturer or even by a single item. Using the immense details available in this report if there is any incompetence or theft, this report will tell you. Allowing you to track every item moving in out of your company at any given time gives you the freedom you need to focus on the growth of your business instead of having to micromanage the warehouse staff.

Organization and accuracy have never been easier. No more wasting time wandering aimlessly looking for an item. Bin inventory allows you to set up isles, rows and bins in which to organize your product. Using barcodes, each isle row and bin is labeled and then items are assigned to a specific bin. When it comes time to find an item for delivery or to put on the showroom floor, the system will tell you exactly where to find the item in the warehouse.

A great way to spot check the accuracy of your inventory and catch any theft attempts is to cycle count. Cycle counting inventory is a process that can be done by location, or manufacturer. The system also allows you limit your recount to specific items and then stop the process and continue on at a later time. Many companies choose to do a small cycle count every few months. To make this process even easier we have added the ability to cycle count thru barcode. If your items are tagged with barcodes, the cycle count can be completed quickly from a held barcode reader. Once a cycle count is completed the system provides a report of all changes (overages or shrinkages) it waits for a member of management with the proper permissions to review and authorize the changes before they take effect. A report can later be viewed by upper level management or owners to see any adjustments that were made, when they were made, who did the count and who authorized the adjustment. Anti theft is a key concern for the development team. We protect you and also give you ways to protect yourself.

When an item is going to be discontinued, it is important to get that item put into a location where it can been seen and sold so that it does not end up sitting in your warehouse. The Discontinued Items in a Locked Location report helps your company know what to move into clearance and when. It’s a great way to keep your warehouse space productive and move out the products that you need to get rid of.
