An internal message board has been created to get messages quickly between management, reception and employees. This permission-controlled feature offers messaging to one particular person, a group of people or everyone in the company. Often used to share incoming calls, staff meetings, and even recent specials that are running, the message board keeps everyone informed without messages getting lost. They can also be saved, forwarded and responded to for streamlined communications.

Time Clock

Never again will you need to sit for hours calculating up hand stamped time cards. During system set up, administrators can set which employees are paid hourly, daily, or weekly, and how many hours constitute each. When an employee comes into work, they clock into the system using their ID and Password. When they go home for the day, they clock out using the same information. The system will log these times into reports accessible to the management team. Each time payroll is run the hours and wages are automatically populated using the information the system collected between pay periods. If necessary, a supervisor with the proper permissions can easily adjust the information. No one can stamp someone else’s time card and you will now have an easily viewable history or each employees arrival and departure habits.

Custom Commission Structure

Every Company pays their commission differently, if they even pay commission at all. Simply provide your commission formula to EZ Process Pro, and our programmers will do the rest. You can even have the calculation adjust based on additional costs such as special term finance fees. During the system setup, process you will choose at what point in the sale you would like commissions to post to payroll. When a sale reaches the predetermined point, commissions will automatically calculate and post. If something changes related to the sale, the system will adjust the commission or even post a negative commission if the original was previously paid. It can even split sales between multiple staff members and input the proper percentage of the sale into each person's total commission. At any given time, a member of the sales team can view their own commissions and spiffs directly from their personal area or a member of management with the proper permissions can pull the details as well. Payroll Module

The payroll system collects all commission, spiff and time clock activity then automatically calculates payroll for each employee accordingly. A report is provided including their salary rate, time or days worked, commissions and spiffs. The payroll processor is given an opportunity to review the reports for any desired adjustments. Once they are content, a quick click calculates any deductions and the appropriate payroll taxes based on the employee's personal information. Payroll checks complete with a month and year to date history on the stub can then be printed straight from the system. The entire payroll module comes integrated when you purchase EZ Process Pro software. There are no costly outside software or printing services required. The system even generates the reports for quarterly and year end W2s, W3, 941 an 940 reports.

Reports are provided in the exact format necessary to report all hours, commissions, spiffs and wages as well as other pertinent information directly to the payroll service.
