  • As a Total Business Solution, EZ Process Pro provides a complete human resources package built directly in to the software.  It includes permission controls, internal message boards, time clock services, commission calculations and an integrated payroll module complete with tax calculations.  No outside software or service is necessary.  Every staff member is added to the system and provided their own, unique login id and password.  This password gives them access to the system, time clock, and loads them into the payroll module.  Once a staff member is given their password, the system manager then assigns a set of permissions that applies to their key position within the company.  By keeping the permissions detailed and flexible, EZ Process Pro has been able to provide its clients with an exclusive level of security and control that no other software has been able to match.  While permission settings keep your company safe and organized, an internal message board keeps everyone connected.  Every person in the company has their own board.  Messages can be sent to one particular person, a group of people or everyone in the company.  Easily sharing communications such as a clients call, a scheduled staff meeting,  and even a recent ad that is being run helps EZ Process Pro’s clients maintain open communication with their entire team across multiple locations.  No more pesky Post-it notes!  In addition to permission and communication features, EZ Process Pro also includes an integrated employee time clock where the staff members clock in and out throughout the day.  These records can be reviewed by management in real time and also automatically write to the payroll feature.  Another calculation that automatically writes to payroll is commissions.  The calculations for commissions are custom built in to the system for each company.  Commissions automatically calculate and post to payroll based on criteria, you pre-set.  If anything changes or a commission needs to be reversed, the system automatically makes the adjustment as well.  When it comes time to run payroll everything is in its place.  Employee hours have been calculated, spiffs and commissions have been added, and taxes are deducted.  To complete payroll the only thing you need to do is confirm there are no adjustments necessary and click pay.  A process that probably used to take you an entire day to do can now be completed in minutes.  The best part is you don’t even have to be at the office to get it done.  Payroll can now be run from your cell, tablet or laptop.
